This Payment & Refund Policy covers ETPL’s action and approaches towards the payment and refunds. This Payment & Refund Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that EnactOn does not own or control or of persons that ETPL does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites to which ETPL’s websites link.
Payment
The Services provided on the Website are based on a 100% advance payment model and once payment is made, the service will be delivered via the internet. The Service is operated on a monthly subscription basis.
If the subscription is set up for automated recurring. If you wish to cancel the plan you can manually do that or the payment will proceed automatically.
Payment for the service is on a per-site basis. Therefore, you may only use the service in connection with one website for which you have paid us.
In case of non-payment, you must stop using Coupomated services completely.
ETPL & Coupomated collect payment via the Stripe payment method.
All the payment charges are to be borne by clients.
Payment is considered to be received when it hits the stripe account.
Once your payment is received you are avail to use the Coupomated services. You can browse and explore our 14 days Free Trial before you opt to go with any services and pricing plans.
Refund
We do not offer any refunds for payments made for our services plans, as we will begin to provide services for your business once we have received payment.
